Refund policy

At Lucky Last, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with original packaging.

Return Shipping We cover the cost of return shipping. Please contact us first to arrange the return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

All items, including sale items, are eligible for a refund.
